WP 2: gE.CO Platform

The overall objective is to develop a public open access web platform allowing: − Mapping generative commons and municipalities engaged in processes of social regeneration of urban voids; − Researching generative commons or local regulations and policies through natural language metadata; − Connecting in a network existing and future experiences. In order to fulfill such an objective, a list of at least 200 case studies will be set up and at least 50 in-deep interviews will be conducted.

WP 3: gE.CO Assessment

Objectives: The overall objective is to develop a public open access web platform allowing: − Mapping generative commons and municipalities engaged in processes of social regeneration of urban voids; − Researching generative commons or local regulations and policies through natural language metadata; − Connecting in a network existing and future experiences.

WP 4: gE.CO DIY package

Scaling-up sustainable generative commons and helpful local policies or regulations through the creation of adaptable and flexible tools and recommendations focusing on : 1) citizens’ participation and community building; 2) regeneration of urban voids; 3) governance and management of generative commons; 4) legal toolkit.

WP 5: gE.CO DIY Inclusion

This WP aims to enact and ensure social inclusion, diversity and equality of opportunities to participate across gE.CO activities, platform (WP2), toolkit and related recommendations and ICT tools (WP4) by:

– providing design solutions for the configuration and implementation of gE.CO platform and ICT tools’interfaces that increase accessibility and wider participation;

– providing guidance for the identification and configuration of tools and processes for social inclusion that explicitly promote and increase participation and visibility of women and underrepresented groups.

WP 6: gE.CO Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation of results
